This position involves facilitating retreats, workshops, and training sessions on topics like suicide prevention, resilience, and leadership development.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field, experience in facilitation, counseling, education, or a related role, and strong skills in event coordination, group leadership, and training.
A certification in specific programs is also required. The successful candidate will be able to administer pre and post-event feedback forms, collaborate with staff to develop lesson plans, and promote programs by networking within the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH.
- Master's degree in Divinity, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field, or be a retired U.S. Military Service Member with 20 years of service and relevant experience.
- Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) in specific programs like ASIST, safeTALK, and The Gottman Institute's relationship training.
- At least two years of experience in facilitation, counseling, education, or a related role.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a team to develop and implement programs that support the well-being of service members and their families.
