Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced chemistry and engineered solutions for industrial & domestic water purification and utilization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, plant performance, and program compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting site audits and system surveys at customer facilities (RO, boilers, cooling towers, effluent).
  • Performing on-site water testing, troubleshooting, and program optimization.
  • Preparing and submitting service reports and treatment recommendations.
  • Training customer operators in test procedures and chemical program use.
  • Providing prompt support to customer issues and ensuring zero service gaps.
  • Supporting long-term customer retention through strong technical service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in water treatment technical service (industrial plants).
  • Hands-on exposure to cooling towers, boilers, RO, or effluent treatment systems.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Valid driving license (mandatory for site visits).
  • Already based in Bahrain or available for relocation.
