Job Overview

The role of a Deputy Project Manager is to assist in planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project.
  • Carry out specific tasks or parts of the project as assigned by the project manager.
  • Identify new project opportunities and contribute to the development of project proposals.
  • Manage project resources, such as personnel, equipment and materials, to ensure their availability and proper utilization.
  • Ensure revenue generation by attaining self-target and helping the team to attain project targets.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in end-to-end event project management.
  • Budget planning, cost control and vendor management skills.
  • Risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliverables under pressure.
