Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance market share, and presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve commercial goals, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets, establishing clear performance metrics and providing coaching and support.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and content.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners, conducting post-meeting evaluations and representing the company at industry events.
  • PR and Communications: Lead public relations efforts on behalf of the hotel, developing and implementing PR initiatives, building relationships with local media, and maintaining a database of journalists and influencers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results, monitoring booking trends and adjusting marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Team Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, recruiting, training, and developing sales and marketing staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as a Director of Sales or Director of Marketing within a similar type of hotel.
