User Experience Liaison for Customer Success

We're looking for a skilled User Experience Liaison to join our team at RESO. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences through effective communication and issue resolution.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with a passion for problem-solving and making a positive impact on people's lives. They should also be proficient in navigating challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
The role involves addressing customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls, building strong relationships by providing personalized support, and driving process improvements based on customer feedback.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a minimum of one year's experience in a customer service role, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work effectively on a shift basis.
