Job Responsibilities - Assistant to the Deputy General Manager

Reporting to: Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor the progress of all ongoing projects and provide regular updates to the Deputy General Manager
- Draft letters, memos, reports and other correspondence on behalf of the Deputy General Manager as needed
- Follow up with project engineers, site supervisors and other team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and duties
- Coordinate with the finance, procurement, and HR teams to gather necessary information for project reporting
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for all project-related documents and correspondence
- Update project dashboards, KPI trackers and management reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Assist the Deputy General Manager in preparing for internal and client meetings, including gathering relevant data and materials
- Handle ad-hoc requests and administrative duties as assigned by the Deputy General Manager
- Work closely with the Deputy General Manager to improve operational efficiency and project management processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive/management assistant, preferably in the construction/contracting industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: BD150.000 - BD200.000 per month
