**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Office Assistant cum Receptionist with strong computer skills, excellent English communication, and basic design abilities. This role combines administrative support with front desk responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations and enhance team productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and maintain a professional and welcoming front desk.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Manage correspondence and communications, both written and verbal.
- Create visually appealing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain office records, databases, and organize team projects.
- Assist with various team tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer knowledge
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
