**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor and manage office supplies.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and maintenance personnel to address any office-related issues.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in preparing and distributing office documents, memos, and correspondence.
- Set up and clear meeting rooms, ensuring necessary equipment and refreshments are available.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **General Assistance**:
- Support office staff with various tasks, including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
- Assist with basic errands, such as delivering documents or picking up supplies.
- **Health and Safety**:
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
