**Job Summary**

A Human Resources (HR) Incharge is a professional who handles the complete HR responsibility including the administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. He/She will be in charge with recruitment, creating HR policies and procedures, manages employee evaluations, training plans, maintaining employee records, issuing HR letters, in charge of health insurance for employees, LMRA and GOSI, and full utilization of HR System.

The HR-Incharge shall fully utilized the HR Management System of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law
- Good Communication Skills English and Arabic
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
