- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and HR policies applicable to personnel in Al Nooh
- Ability to effectively communicate with all employees in all levels of the organization

Ability to control negative situations with unsatisfied employees

**Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role**

**Operational**:

- Provide administrative support to the HHR in receiving and sending correspondence (using different media) regarding personnel matters
- Compose regular correspondence to the various departments and employees
- Provide necessary support to the Job interviewing process conducted by the HHR and/or department heads by providing the requirements necessary, job posting, receiving and filtering CVs, scheduling interviews, arranging employment tests, and taking interview notes.
- Update the HRMS system in regards to any changes in employee details
- Ensure that the employee policy and procedures document and other HR document is updated and correctly communicated to Al Nooh employees
- Provide admin work for new recruits and ensuring that their documents are complete before providing them to the HRPRO- employee agreements, LMRA papers requested, background checks are completed, tickets are issued, and the accommodation is set (for employees using Al Nooh accommodation) and do necessary follow up with the HRPRO.
- Provide the admin work for terminated/resigned employees including the employee settlement, cancellation of work permit, exit interview, hand over, equipment and tools return checklist, and closing the employee file.
- Check the employee names on the payroll and ensure that the list is updated monthly and aligned with the employees registered in the LMRA and SIO systems by coordinating with Finance Dept.
- Welcoming new employees and administering the orientation program.
- Take down minutes of meetings and follow up on action plans
- Providing assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisal process, personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files.
- Assist the HHR in implementing and executing the HR strategy, plan and deliver the induction training program for new hires.
- Coordinate with different departments in regards to strategic and operational HR activities including performance evaluation goal setting, career development plans, employee appraisals, payroll and salary changes, employee vacations, leave and final settlements, employee legislation changes, employee grievance,
- Ensure all employee information with regards to annual leave, medical leave, time and attendance, deductions and increments, employee loans and allowances are entered in the HRMS system before the payroll processing by the accounts department

**Reporting**
- Prepare the required reports on a periodic basis weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly and submit it to the HHR
- Attendance Report
- Leaves Report
- Increment reports
- Deduction/Addition to employee salaries
- Recruitment Report
- Employee Disciplinary Report
- Other Reports (as required by the HHR)

**Self-management and leadership-**
- Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
- Develop and maintain effective communication and positive working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, making sure that the customer is satisfied with the final result
- Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities and keep up to date with Bahraini employee laws, LMRA system and rules updates, SIO changes, and other governmental agencies related to the HPRO work

Work in a highly professional matter and ensure Al Nooh employees’ well-being is addressed in all matters
