Senior Officer HR

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:
- BSc in Business Management or Business Adminstration Degree/Human Resources
- Masters degree in Human Resources or related field a plus
- CIPD level 5
- 5-10 years HR experience in HR
**DESIRED CRITERIA**:
- Good understanding of HR strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the organization
- Integrate in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and implement solutions
- Ability to handel Payroll process and manage all related issues such as final settelments, loans, indemnity calculations etc
- Provide HR guidance when appropriate, including talent development, performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently and implement organizational culture activities
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to managment on ways to manage each case
