Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Verifying guest's payment methods during check In.
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guests complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Arrange personalized services for VIP guests
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Answer the phone and direct the call

Job requirements:

- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Should be Available in Bahrain Experience with hotel operating system OPERA Guest service
- Degree/Diploma in hotel management
- Excellent communication and computer skills

**Salary**: BD150.000 - BD200.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
