
Contact Center Agent

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Agent, specifically responsible for providing chat support. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our chat platform. You will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests through the chat platform.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Attend training sessions to improve knowledge of our products, services, and customer support procedures.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and actively contribute to a positive team environment.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in typing and multitasking.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging and demanding customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with live chat software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Salary**: BD300.000 - BD450.000 per month
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Call Center/ Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic (required)
- English (required)
