We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to ensure the smooth functioning of our company and help us scale efficiently. This role will provide critical support to our CEO and team, taking ownership of operational, administrative, and financial tasks.
**Role Overview**
As an Operations Associate, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything at Servable runs smoothly. This includes managing day-to-day operations, assisting with financial planning, and handling administrative tasks. You’ll play a central role in streamlining processes, supporting team members, and building the foundation for a high-performing organization as we grow.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Operational Support**:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the company functions efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in managing company-wide priorities and operational workflows.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage scheduling, internal communications, and document organization.
- Handle contracts, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.
**Financial Assistance**:
- Help with financial planning, including budgeting, expense tracking, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the CEO to prepare financial reports and manage cash flow.
**Team Support**:
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR records.
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and ensure a strong company culture.
**Process Optimization**:
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve company workflows.
- Research and implement tools/software to enhance team productivity and communication.
**Growth Enablement**:
- Support cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure their operational needs are met.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Must-Have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ months of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Experience with financial reporting and budget management.
- Familiarity with HR processes and employee engagement strategies.
- Prior experience in supporting a fast-growing startup environment.
- Interest in AI/technology and a willingness to learn about our industry.
