Business Development Partnership Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to strengthen RESO's partnerships and expand our impact across the student community.
About the RoleThe primary focus of this position is to establish strategic partnerships with brands, negotiate compelling offers for students, and oversee the onboarding process for new partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of the market and a passion for driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and manage brand partnerships to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Handle the end-to-end onboarding process for partner brands, including creating and editing brand profile pages, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date brand data within the CRM system.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with partner companies.
- Participate in internal meetings to align strategies and objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Word, and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Knowledge of the market and sales techniques.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
