**Company Overview:**

VIVA Bahrain, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Government Sales Business Development Professional to join our team.

**Job Description:**

  • Contribute to the achievement of our business team's financial targets by pursuing opportunities within government entities in the Kingdom of Bahrain and securing contracts for our diversified business products.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and ensure their overall satisfaction while prioritizing the interests of VIVA Bahrain (payments, bad debt, brand image, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate in achieving the section's objectives by performing related activities.
  • Automatically operate within applicable policies, procedures, systems, and frameworks to enable efficient section operation.
  • Grow the government account business customer base by addressing current market needs based on agreed segmentation.
  • Align with wholesale and technology departments to extend complex portfolios to customers.
  • Retail and develop current named account business customer bases.
  • Sell VIVA Bahrain's full range of products and services, including complex solutions.
  • Provide and maintain world-class customer experience and relationship management.

**Reporting and Compliance:**

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of functional reports meeting VIVA Bahrain's organizational requirements, adhering to company policies and quality standards.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures, as well as controls related to quality, health, safety, environmental management, guaranteeing employee and assets safety and legislative compliance.

**Qualification & Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or any other relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic language.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
