Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative focused on closing deals, you will play a crucial role in converting qualified leads into long-term partners in the fintech sector. Your primary responsibility will be to finalize sales and onboard new clients, particularly emphasizing our Reg Tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Closer: Take ownership of the deal-closing process, securing commitments from potential clients in technology and software development.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation efforts and identify qualified leads.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
  • B2B Sales Techniques: Leverage effective B2B sales strategies and negotiation skills to address client objections, navigate deal complexities, and close agreements.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with internal stakeholders to streamline the closing process and promptly resolve client concerns.
Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth, ideally in the technology sector. Key qualifications include:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in IT sales with a strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth, ideally in the technology sector.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in B2B sales techniques and negotiation strategies, particularly in technology-focused industries.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Experience in corporate sales, with a deep understanding of client needs and challenges in software development.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to convert leads into loyal clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and optimize performance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and solutions clearly.
