**Job Overview**

Gulf University seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our management team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and events
  • Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Maintain office systems, schedules, and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Implement work procedures
  • Collate information
  • Maintain databases

**Requirements:**

  • BS/Diploma in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 60 wpm
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Business principles and proven experience in producing correspondence and documents
  • Initiative, reliability, stress tolerance, and customer-service orientation

**Working Conditions:**

This is a full-time contract position with Gulf University.
