Administrative Assistant to University Management

**Job Overview**
Gulf University seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our management team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and events
- Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Maintain office systems, schedules, and calendars
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Handle incoming mail and other material
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Implement work procedures
- Collate information
- Maintain databases
**Requirements:**
- BS/Diploma in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 60 wpm
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Business principles and proven experience in producing correspondence and documents
- Initiative, reliability, stress tolerance, and customer-service orientation
**Working Conditions:**
This is a full-time contract position with Gulf University.
