We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team at Grant Thornton Bahrain.

Job Description:

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the office. You will manage front desk duties, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and maintain a positive environment for employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  3. Respond to communication inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  4. Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
  5. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  6. Ensure that the office is clean, well-maintained, and supplies are replenished as needed.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  8. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, document preparation, and basic office management.
  9. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  10. Ensure that all visitors are signed in according to security and company procedures.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
