Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting each customer, and addressing their needs.
  • Sales and Clienteling: Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge. Focus on building relationships with customers and communicating their requests to management.
  • Product and Stock: Assist customers in locating merchandise, process charge-send sales, and maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements. Organize stock on the floor and in stockroom areas, and communicate information regarding best sellers and low stock levels to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.
  • A sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise, and perform all functions as set forth above.
  • Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash register, and office equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
