About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our team at Talabat. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will play a crucial role in setting and executing plans to acquire top restaurant brands in your market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of our acquisition strategy in your market, driving pipeline management and goal attainment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and partnership success.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of acquisition efforts and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a senior acquisition role with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey the value of Talabat to potential partners.
- Excellent market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
