We specialize in providing both individual machines and comprehensive food processing and packaging solutions for various industries, including meat, dairy, poultry, juices, and confectionery.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase profitability and expand market share;
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective plans to pursue them;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies;
- Communicate competitive intelligence information to internal stakeholders;
- Monitor and report on sales performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A post-secondary diploma with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the industrial sector or related products;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish trust with customers and drive results;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools to analyze data and create effective sales strategies;
- A valid driver's license and suitable vehicle to facilitate customer visits (an asset). A background in the food sector would be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
