Fintech and Regtech Sales Professional

As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving demand generation and business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to finalize sales and onboard new clients, particularly emphasizing our Reg Tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Closer Take ownership of the deal-closing process, securing commitments from potential clients in technology and software development.
- Demand Generation Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation efforts and identify qualified leads.
- Relationship Management Cultivate and manage relationships with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- B2B Sales Techniques Leverage effective B2B sales strategies and negotiation skills to address client objections, navigate deal complexities, and close agreements.
- Internal Coordination Work with internal stakeholders to streamline the closing process and promptly resolve client concerns.
- Product Knowledge Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value to prospective clients.
- Reporting Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Market Awareness Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Sales Expertise Proven experience in IT sales with a strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth, ideally in the technology sector.
- Negotiation Skills Proficient in B2B sales techniques and negotiation strategies, particularly in technology-focused industries.
- Client-Centric Approach Experience in corporate sales, with a deep understanding of client needs and challenges in software development.
- Relationship Building Demonstrated ability to convert leads into loyal clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
- CRM Proficiency Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and optimize performance.
- Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and solutions clearly.
- Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
