At Domo Ventures W.L.L., we are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our team with various administrative tasks.

The role involves greeting and welcoming members, guests, and visitors, as well as coordinating events hosted at the club. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office

• Answering and screening incoming phone calls

• Providing basic and accurate information via phone or in-person

• Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.

• Coordinating with the membership team to process and maintain membership applications and database

• Maintaining technical skills in inventory control

This role requires excellent English written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A successful candidate will have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
