Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational delivery of key business processes supporting staff and student activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, regulatory frameworks, and accreditation bodies.
  • Manage financial administration processes, including purchase orders, invoices, data entry, supplementary payments, and travel bookings.
  • Support the production of complex written documentation for senior management.
  • Administer exam processes, including creation of exam papers, marks return, Myplace page creation, and exam board administration.
  • Deliver strategic objectives by building industry links and creating Industrial Advisory Boards where necessary.
  • Provide administrative support for student complaint investigations and ensure timely follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate and manage departmental induction days, off-campus trips, program handbooks, student registration, and curriculum management.
