At RESO, we're seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Sitrah. This full-time role is crucial for creating a positive first impression for our visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and be able to handle a busy and demanding environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone calls, screening, and directing them accordingly
  • Sending callback requests when calls go unanswered
  • Greeting persons entering the organization and directing them to the correct destination
  • Handling inquiries from the public and customers
  • Maintaining knowledge of staff movements within the organization
  • Tidying and maintaining the reception area
  • Courtesy car filing
  • Maintaining display standards
  • Selling merchandise and managing displays
  • Preparing end-of-day reports for accounting purposes

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
