Job SummaryThe HR Administrator will champion the HR Admin processes for the firm and will provide support in the preparation of all HRA policies and procedures, remuneration administration and employee records keeping as directed by the HR Manager.Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the employee medical insurance and life insurance policies.
  • Maintain individual files for designated employees to include position, contact details, remuneration levels, holidays, sickness, performance reviews, promotions, etc.
  • Assists HHRA with the implementation of services and policies.
  • Assist in employee relations through ongoing communications with specified staff and individual meetings as required.
  • Responsible for obtaining, renewing and cancelling work visas for employees and maintaining immigration records of all expatriate employees and their family members
  • Maintaining Staff Leave, Sick Leave and Absence records.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as directed by the HRM.
  • Provide information to the HRM and other management on a periodic and ad hoc basis.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Qualification: University qualification from a recognized institution
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in HR in a similar organization
