**Strategy and Policy Development**:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's goals and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
**Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
**Employee Relations and Engagement**:
Establish and maintain positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and resolving conflicts or issues.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Conduct investigations and address employee complaints or grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
**Performance Management**:
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related concerns.
**Training and Development**:
Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Coordinate employee development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries or concerns related to compensation and benefits.
**HR Administration and Compliance**:
Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Stay updated on current HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
**Employee Health and Safety**:
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
**HR Metrics and Reporting**:
Collect and analyze HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations based on HR analytics.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
**Salary**: BD1,500.000 - BD2,000.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Master's (required)
