Responsibilities:
- Experience in IT infrastructure sales.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure sector.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and achieve targets planned for the financial year in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Handle acquisitions of new customers, generate prospective leads through various mediums, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Drive business solutions based on client requirements and needs to ensure repeat business.
- Engage vendors early and proactively to increase chances of successfully closing deals.
- Prepare all documentation required from the start to the completion of the sales process.
- Develop and engage customers by attending to all inquiries and submitting professional commercial and technical proposals for all customer requests.
- Work closely with pre-sales engineers to manage the sales cycle for large deals, including early vendor engagement and deal protection strategies.
- Communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties as required.
- Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times.
- Provide necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis.
- Maintain company EHSQ policy and procedure and improve safety culture.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
