Key Responsibilities: To analyze and lead the O&M outsourcing requirement; to make the competitive and customized network O&M solution, e.g. MS solution adapted to the customer's solution. To assist to compete the end-to-end MS sales solution and the successful implementation of the solution including: To develop and maintain customer relationship To lead the MS sales opportunity To conduct feasibility study of the MS opportunity To work out bidding strategy and solution To develop bidding documents and business case Customer presentation Contract Negotiation Due Diligence analysis and contract signature. To identify risks in the customer's requirement analysis, bidding, contract negotiation/signature delivery; to work out risk mitigation solution. Be responsible for the regional or representative case study output. Departmental Responsibilities: Be responsible for the MS market trend, customer requirement and competitive analysis; be responsible for the overall planning of the MS sales and marketing, the implementation of the sales strategy, and assessment of the MS sales maturity. Be responsible for the MS opportunity development, sales and MS sales management; be responsible for the achievement of the MS business and sales target. Be responsible for the establishment and promotion of MS branding. Be responsible for the marketing and sales competence improvement. Be responsible for the sales knowledge platform setup/sharing and C&Q system establishment. Language Requirements: English - Fluent / Excellent Arabic - Fluent / Excellent Job Skills: Educational degree: Bachelor degree or above Specialization: Science and Engineering in Telecom or electronics. Work experience: Above 10+ year's experience of marketing, sales, product sales, sales management and marketing, in telecom industry. With delivery experience in telecom industry is a plus. Knowledge and skills: Bachelor or above degree in telecom or related subject Self-motivated, be able to long overseas' business trip10+ years' experience in telecom industry; be familiar with telecom operator's operation model and network maintenance model; Experience in wireless & fixed network operation & maintenance is preferred. Be familiar with MS requirement of telecom network and be able of maintenance solution development. Good communication and coordination skills Be fluent in spoken English, be skillful in English listening, reading and writing; English can be working language. Competency Requirements: Organizational skill, communication and coordination skill, service-oriented, monitoring skill.
