Property Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the management and maintenance of commercial and residential properties of Group Holding to ensure the provision of high quality service.
- To advise Management on ways to preserve and increase the value of various real estate investments by tracking the performance of both commercial and residential properties
- To look into all aspects of buying property which include registration, payment of taxes, accounting and reporting, maintenance, etc.
- Yearly budget and profit/loss forecast and objectives/KPIs to be signed off by the Management by mid-March, every year.
- To maintain a database of all properties and a full calendar of property rentals, manage the books of accounts through the property accountant, budgetary control, monthly targets of revenue, control over income and expenses.
- To be responsible for the maximum occupancy of all properties (flats, villas, warehouses, shops, sheds, offices, open lands, etc.) as per property schedule.
- To ensure prompt and excellent services (repair and maintenance) of all the properties based on call and communication from tenants, and report any issues yet to be closed.
- To arrange an AMC yearly contract with an approved fire and safety company is signed off.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related field
- at least minimum of 7 years experience as Property administrator
- exposure in real-estate management and leasing
- have extensive experience and knowledge on building maintenance and compliance with Ministries in accordance to Bahrain Law
