**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support the real estate operations.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, client files, and property documents.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
- Communicate with clients, tenants, and service providers to address inquiries and follow up on requests.
- Monitor lease agreements, contract renewals, and payment deadlines.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with financial documentation.
- Support marketing efforts by updating property listings and coordinating promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organized and fully functional.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate company.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
