Cluster HR Administrator

Assist in the daily smooth running of the Human Resources Department.
Assist to ensure the HR Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and management with a high standard operating system.
Assist in implementing Associate Training programme in the Hotel.
Coach and mentor the hotel employees as needed under the guidance and direction of the HRTM.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of effective employee relations and welfare programme in the hotel.
- Deal with all challenges relating to individuals in an understanding, caring and confidential manner.
- Promote a good image to colleagues, guests and business relations.
- Promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the hotel allowing open two-way communication that ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels.
- Contribute to the development of the department’s mission, goals and budget.
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance and review of HR policies, procedures and practices, upgrading and/or recommending improvements as appropriate.
- Assist with the Induction and orientation of new employees in accordance with ACCOR Hotels guidelines.
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improved methods of work and better utilization of employees in all areas.
- Assist in the implementation of the hotel’s rules & regulations, the grievance and disciplinary procedure, consulting with department heads on appropriate action under the guidance of the HRTM.
- Assist in ensuring all employees are aware of company benefits.
- Promote Mission Statement, Company Vision and Values at all times in line with Ibis Hotels Kuwait.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of available resources e.g. time, stocks, financial resources, etc.
- Participates in employee-related committees.
- Display pleasant manners and positive attitude at all times.
- Respond to all reasonable departmental requirements.
**Salary**: From BD400.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
