Edara Consultancy, a preeminent provider of HR Outsourcing services in Bahrain, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role demands a professional with an in-depth understanding of the Kingdom of Bahrain's Labor Law, Social Insurance laws and regulations, as well as Labor Market Regulatory Authority laws and procedures. Familiarity with Tamkeen services and processes is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage and support various HR activities for multiple clients.
- Navigate and administer different HR systems and software efficiently.
- Provide guidance and HR services tailored to client needs.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in Bahrain Labor Law, Social Insurance, and LMRA regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage a diverse client base.
- Strong IT proficiency, with the capacity to quickly learn and utilize various HR platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Working Hours**:
Sun-Thursday, Fri/Sat Off (8 hours plus one hour break)

Salary between BHD 300-400 depending on experience

30 days annual leave per annum

No other benefits.
