We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join our team of talented professionals in the ELV department.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.

**Job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with MBA(Electrical, Electronics preferred)
- Proven sales experience in the ELV market
- Should display leadership skills to help the sales team achieve their sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to map consultants and clients.
- GCC experience would be preferable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive business development for assigned products and adopt appropriate winning sales strategies to achieve sales targets, often in conjunction with partner.
- Identify key issues which impact the Business & recommend suitable products, solutions & services to the Customers in coordination with technical & pre-sales team.
- Negotiate price, cost, delivery, and specification with Customer / supplier / contractors and close on the opportunity.
- Map competition and adopt sales strategies often in conjunction with partners.
- Build long-term relationship with customers, positioning the Company's brand & services.
- Product management responsibility of assigned product, account planning & forecasting.
- Payment follow-up, keep outstanding under control as per company guidelines and ensure timely collection from the set of assigned accounts.
- Conduct sales presentation, trade shows, manage proposals, coordinate for bids & tenders.
- Work with cross functional teams to close orders and contracts & RFP's.
- Escalate Customer issues, process anomalies in a timely manner to seniors.
- Report sales date / progress as per the requirement of the Company.
- Keep outstanding under control as per company guidelines and ensure timely collection from the set of assigned accounts.
- Market Analysis, requirements gathering and roadmap.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
