Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/ outdoor role as a Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks, including identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team.
- Business development for the products in Industrial/commercial vertical.
- Adopt appropriate winning sales strategies to achieve sales target.
- To review the enquiry related documents to analyze the feasibility of different products.
- To study the project related drawings and documents to extract the BOQ.
- To lead the Assigned product sales Along with the associated product accessories & services Which incudes from enquiry generation, selection of right product, providing solution to the customer, Evaluation of client specification & supplier offer, Providing techno commercial proposals & order generation
- Generation of MRO Business after Sales Product Management and Operations
- Shall be responsible for Products Presentations, Arranging Seminars, Generating RFQ’s, Monitoring Tenders announcements & Regular meetings with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors & End Users
- Product Management covering a) forecasting, b) inventory management, c) pricing & critical deal price support from suppliers.
- Responsible for preparing product workings and reviewing the technical and commercial project working of respective RFQ’s & take internal approvals.
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports pertaining to this business activity.
- Maintain Sales Registers, Enquiry Registers, Tender Registers & update the same on weekly & monthly basis pertaining to this business activity.
- Maintain a separate prequalification register for each segment and work towards the prequalification / approvals as required.
- Market Analysis, requirements gathering and roadmap for additional products introduction in the vertical.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or technical industry (preferable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
