**Job Title **- Board Secretary (Licensed)

**Department** - Legal, Head Office
- **Applicants must be licensed by Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).**_

**Areas of Responsibility**
- **Board Secretary**: Organize board meetings, maintain corporate records, ensure governance compliance, and act as a liaison between the board and management.
- **Legal Counsel**: Provide legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, draft and review contracts, manage disputes, and mitigate legal risks.
- **Compliance**: Develop and enforce internal policies, monitor regulatory adherence, manage audits, and address compliance risks.
- **Investor Relations**: Communicate with shareholders and analysts, ensure transparency in financial reporting, and manage investor inquiries and relations.

**Requirements**:
Applicants must be residing in Bahrain, licensed from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), and possess relevant qualifications and local experience to be considered for this role.
