The Bridge Co. is hiring a position of a bilingual **Administrative Secretary** for its Bahrain branch.
The responsibilities of this position as follow:
- Perform all secretarial duties.
- Execute the department’s operations in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
- Prepare administrative reports for the executive team.
- Handle correspondence and filing systems in the office.
- Handle client and visitor information requests.
- When necessary, arrange, schedule, and organize board meetings, staff meetings, and other departmental meetings.
- Effectively handle the media and interviews.
Experience & Skills required:
- Minimum of two years in Secretary field.
- Native Arabic with intermediate command of English.
- Good knowledge of ms office programs.
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

- English & Arabic (preferred)
