- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar EPC market.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solar solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project specifications and requirements, ensuring that proposals meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the solar industry.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our services. Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and potential product improvements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
**Competency Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the solar industry or related renewable energy sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC services, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach to sales challenges.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**8-10 years of sales experience in the solar industry**
