Senior Sales Engineer

**Job Summary**:
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our solar EPC services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solar energy solutions. Your technical expertise and sales acumen will be key in promoting our services and securing contracts for solar projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar EPC market.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solar solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project specifications and requirements, ensuring that proposals meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the solar industry.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our services.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and potential product improvements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the solar industry or related renewable energy sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC services, and industry regulations.
- **Proven track record of achieving sales targets** and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach to sales challenges.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
