Business Development Representative

At RESO, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Sales Executive to propel our media sales forward. As a key player in our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing strategic client relationships.
We're seeking someone with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the media or advertising industry. Your expertise in media planning, buying, and digital advertising will help us deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting connections with decision-makers and stakeholders, develop tailored media plans, and negotiate deals that drive revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect potential clients within our target market.
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop customized media plans that align with clients' objectives and budget.
- Present proposals and pitch creative advertising solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in sales (preferably within the media or advertising industry).
- Good understanding of media planning, buying, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to build and maintain client relationships.
