Your Role
- Process international applicants and generate candidate reports to provide valuable insights for clients.
- Manage databases and perform administrative tasks to maintain efficiency and organisation.
- Liaise with clients and candidates via email and telephone to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.
- Perform research functions and provide operational support to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an office management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to learn website skills and adapt to new technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Outcome-driven and able to prioritise work to achieve results and meet deadlines.
