About the Role

The Senior Client Service Executive will be instrumental in developing and maintaining solid relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales services, ensuring successful completion of agreed tasks/projects. This involves discussing client feedback with concerned teams and implementing necessary modifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate task/project information from business teams/clients and input into internal projects management system, coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with Studio/New Media/Production managers to receive completed tasks/jobs/projects and submit to clients, following up for feedback and modifications until project completion.
  • Support team members in delivering high-quality client service, coordinating with the Business team on cost proposals and with the Finance team on invoicing according to client agreements.
  • Maintain organized records of project information, updating frequently and coordinating with Studio Managers.

Job Requirements:

We seek an experienced professional with a background in creative agencies and a strong understanding of branding/graphic design principles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
