Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at Etijah Coaching & Consulting.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth for our organization. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research: Utilize online research tools, including social media, to identify new leads and explore potential markets for our organization.
  • Analyze Company Needs: Work closely with our team to analyze company needs and identify decision-makers for purchasing.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Develop Marketing Initiatives: Create and oversee new marketing initiatives to promote our services and products.
  • Represent the Company: Represent Etijah Coaching & Consulting at industry events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University Degree: A degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a business development role.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Personal Qualities: Focused, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
