Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Humres. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the GCC region. You will develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage the sales and business development function across the GCC region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing ones.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development within the construction industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to interpret market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
  • Able to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
