Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

  • Handle employment contracts, visa processes, and renewals in coordination with relevant authorities

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a BS degree in Business Administration or a related field. Prior experience in administration and/or HR-related works is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are required.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of office management principles and procedures, as well as proficiency in database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with a wide range of constituencies.
