  • Cost Control: Monitor and control workshop expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain optimal profitability through strategic resource allocation.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate manpower and equipment to ensure efficient utilization of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime and optimize stock levels.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment to ensure it operates at peak performance levels.
  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve workshop workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Performance Management: Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure employees meet their targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering timely and high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards by implementing quality control measures and conducting regular audits.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain company EHSQ policy and procedure and improve safety culture by promoting a safe working environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating workshop equipment and tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work performance.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and identify solutions.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant degree. 6 – 8 years of experience as Assistant Workshop Manager or Workshop Supervisor.
