Job Overview:

At RESO, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating revenue by actively selling insurance products directly to customers.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a strong understanding of the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by selling insurance products and reaching individuals to solicit sales for goods or services
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school certification, preferably with a diploma and some form of work experience
• Proven sales experience with a strong background in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade others and give full attention to what other people are saying
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets
• Positive energy and teamwork ethos, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Working Conditions:

This role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with working timing that may include rotating shifts. Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required.
