Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Professional to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving volume and value targets through sales, at specified prices, to outlets in their designated territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- To achieve volume and value targets through sales, at specified prices, to the outlets in the salesman's territory.
- To ensure distribution and implementation of all promotional activities, at outlet level, as per the company's plan.
- To ensure products availability and visibility in all outlets covered as per the company's distribution and merchandising objectives.
- To ensure regular and effective use of POS material/back up stock.
- To explore, identify and develop new customers in the territory.
- Interaction with the counterpart in other divisions for collection.
Requirements for the Role:
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a managerial sales role.
- FMC Experience from a Blue Chip organisation.
- Must be a Bahraini national and have excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be able to speak fluidly and confidently.
