In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring every guest feels valued, respected, and appreciated from the moment they arrive.

You will play a key role in creating lasting impressions by curating both the initial and final moments of each guest's experience with warmth, sophistication, and personalized attention.

">

Your responsibilities will include:

">

Foster positive connections with guests, tenants, and property owners to ensure smooth operations.

">

Ensure arrival paperwork is up-to-date and communicate with teams for apartment readiness.

">

Inspect apartments, process reservation forms, and manage check-in through the ERP system.

">

Keep departure logs updated and engage tenants about contract renewal.

">

Process termination notices, coordinate lease terminations, and conduct apartment inspections.

">

E nsure front desk staff are accessible to address inquiries professionally.

">

Provide timely, professional responses to customer calls.

">

Conduct courtesy calls, track interactions, and distribute monthly feedback reports.

">

Record complaints, coordinate resolutions, follow up, and update the ERP system.

">

Desired Candidate Profile:

">

Any combination of related education and/or related experience can be considered if the candidate possesses the demonstrated ability. A related hospitality or real estate management degree is advantageous.
